Easter Dinner

Roast duck with orange sauce, my favourite!!

Nick made it really nicely, just the way I like, very orangey, very fruity, very juicy.

The green stuff is spinach; it soaked up all the flavours of the duck and the sauce, so when I bit in, all the juice came out and spread around the mouth. Wow!!

When I came back from the bathroom, this was sitting on the coffee table.
Nice surprise!!

By the way, the movie on the TV is "Rising Sun".
Still can't figure out why on earth they made it...
Scary early 90's.........
